This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the diamonds and precious stones category, driving range development, supplier relationships, and commercial performance. You'll work closely with merchandise planning and retail leadership teams to ensure the range reflects brand strategy, market trends, and margin expectations.

• Manage end-to-end category buying for diamonds and precious stones

• Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier partnerships across local and international markets

• Analyse sales performance, stock turns, and margin to optimise assortment

• Collaborate with merchandise planning and retail teams to forecast and plan seasonal ranges

• Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities for growth

• Past experience in buying, product development, or merchandise planning within jewellery or luxury retail

• Strong understanding of gemstones, quality grading, and pricing structures

• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for product excellence

• Ability to build trusted relationships across teams and suppliers
