What We’re Looking For
Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience across residential, commercial, or civil construction
Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and work independently or in a team
White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Concreting experience highly regarded
Applicants must be able to provide 2 x current work related references, and pass Pre-Employment Medical and Urine Drug & Alcohol Screening

The Role
In this field-based role, an emphasis on people and relationships is vital. Your hands-on approach will ensure the delivery of service excellence to your clients throughout North Shore and Northern Beaches, NSW. This role will require frequent daily travel.
While managing the day-to-day operational needs of your team and client group, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our client's expectations, and ensure that we add value to our client portfolio. A sound understanding of commercial cleaning operations, relationship building, budgets and costs, service delivery and stakeholder management is key to success in this role.
As the Area Manager, you will:
Be the first point of contact for our client
Lead the cleaning team
Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
Coordinate periodic works and extra works
Invoicing for extra work and in-contract works
Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)
Skills and Experience
You will have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An eye for detail
Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
Strong organisational and administration skills
A reliable car is essential
Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
A Working with Children and National Criminal History check is required for this role
