Complete Staff Solutions are currently recruiting qualified and experienced Carpenters for upcoming assignments across the Clarence Valley region. We have multiple opportunities available – from steady full-time hours with a local government client to flexible, ad hoc project work within the private construction sector.
About the Roles
Local Government – Carpenter/Concretor
Casual contract with full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
Working on maintenance and small-scale civil projects across council facilities
Variety of tasks including formwork, repairs, and general concreting
Supportive team environment with great work-life balance
Construction Projects – Ad Hoc
Flexible, project-based work across local builds
Hours will vary week to week depending on site needs
Ideal for candidates seeking flexibility or supplementary income
Opportunities to showcase your skills on diverse local projects
What We’re Looking For
Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience across residential, commercial, or civil construction
Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and work independently or in a team
White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Concreting experience highly regarded
Applicants must be able to provide 2 x current work related references, and pass Pre-Employment Medical and Urine Drug & Alcohol Screening
