Engineered solutions for the future. Build, innovate, and create with a team shaping critical industries.

If you’re the kind of engineer who likes to see your work move, from the first sketch to the final bolt tightened, this is where it happens.

At this Australian manufacturer, engineering isn’t abstract. You’ll see the things you design take form: fabricated, tested, and shipped to projects powering Australia’s defence, mining and transport sectors.

You’ll join a team where collaboration isn’t a buzzword, it’s how things get built.

A place where engineers, designers and production crew share ideas over the same workbench.

And where a global business backbone means you’re supported with resources, training and long-term opportunity.

Without losing that small-team energy.

About The Opportunity

You’ll step into a role where your day might start in SolidWorks and end in the workshop.

Some days, you’ll be refining technical drawings or reviewing customer specs; others, you’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with production, testing samples, checking materials, or solving the kind of challenges you can’t fix behind a monitor.

You’ll turn customer concepts into buildable, cost-effective designs, supporting estimating, R&D, and the BD Manager to win and deliver projects that matter.

From tender to testing, you’ll see your work evolve, and you’ll have a hand in every stage that gets it there.

It’s a role built for engineers who want to stay close to the action, where design meets delivery, and creative problem-solving happens in real time.

And because this business is part of a global network, your future doesn’t stop at one project or one site. Growth here is real, whether that’s deeper technical mastery, leadership, or stepping up to international work down the line.

If you like to tinker, test, and turn ideas into reality, you’ll thrive here.

About You

You’re practical. Curious. And happiest when you can see how your designs perform in the real world.

You’ve spent around four years in an engineering or manufacturing environment and understand what it takes to bring ideas to life, from planning and production schedules through to final QA checks.

You know your way around SolidWorks and documentation, but you’re not afraid to leave the desk to see what’s happening on the floor.

You’re comfortable working across teams, engineering, estimating, QA/QC, and you take pride in solving problems before they become roadblocks.

If you’ve worked in defence, mining, or transport- great.

If you’ve had exposure to composites or fibreglass, even better.

But if you’ve got the right foundation, attitude, and an eye for quality, you’ll be well supported to learn the rest.

About The Business

This Australian manufacturer has been delivering high-performance, engineered solutions for decades, designing, producing, and testing all under one roof.

It’s a small, tight-knit engineering team backed by a global group with serious capability.

That means security, growth, and resources, but also the kind of environment where people still laugh, help each other out, and take pride in doing things properly.

Here, good work is recognised. Development is encouraged. And flexibility isn’t a slogan- it’s how they keep great people long-term.

Expect support for training, as well as bonus recommendations, and opportunities to collaborate across international sites.

This is a place where you can build a career, not just clock in for a job.
