About the role

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Participate in the Coder-Clinician Liaison (CCL) program to clarify retrospective documentation and missed SNAP opportunities. Implement targeted prospective documentation improvement strategies that improve economies of scale.
  • Participate in targeted Diagnostic Related Group (DRG) reviews and other coding audits for data quality improvement purposes.
  • Design and amend AS2828 compliant clinical forms using skills in form design combined with the use of graphical design software including Adobe® InDesign®, Adobe® LiveCycle Designer®, Adobe® Acrobat® and Microsoft Word.
  • Participate in Metro North forms committee to drive clinical form consistency and standardisation.

About the Role…

The position is responsible for driving income from major donors for a range of Taronga's conservation projects.

  • Support the development and growth of the major donor program with a focus multiyear giving and increasing supporter investment from engaged existing donors. 

  • Use negation and influencing skills to match donor requirements and wishes to Taronga funding needs. 

  • Engage excellent stakeholder management skills to work closely with the CEO and other senior members of the Taronga team to secure gifts and steward donors.  

  • Develop tailored presentations and communications specifically to meet donors personal interests, ensuring written proposals are of the highest quality. 

  • Actively seek funding opportunities through trusts and foundations with a focus on grant submissions for high-value opportunities.  

  • Maintain accurate records all contacts with donors and prospects in CRM.

  • Applicants must meet 1 of the below criteria: a) Occupational Therapy Level 3: AHPRA reg as an Occupational Therapist & have min 3 yrs clinical experience in CAMHS. b) Social Worker Level 3: A Bach of Social Work with eligibility for membership to AASW & have min 3 yrs clinical experience in CAMHS. c) Grad of the Djirruwang Bach of Health Science program & have min 3 yrs clinical experience in CAMHS. d) Psychologist Yr 4 or above: AHPRA reg, full reg with Psychology Board of Aust & have min 4 yrs clinical experience. e) Senior Psychologist: AHPRA reg, full reg with the Psychology Board of Aust & have min 1 yr at the 9th yr of service & thereafter point on the salary scale for Psychologist. f) Clinical Nurse Consultant 1: AHPRA reg as a RN with min 5 yrs FTE post reg clinical experience & post graduate qual’s relevant to area of specialty.
  • Extensive effective experience in assessment, intervention and care coordination, in CAMHS.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve, apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Extensive contemporary experience and knowledge of psychological practice, as well as demonstrated understanding of the principles of trauma informed care and its application when working with children/adolescents and families/carers.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and competence in the use of information technology systems.
  • Available to work extended hours and across FWLHD sites on request.
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 licence acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.

We’re looking for a safety-focused leader to drive a new, strategically important Systems Assessment program. As Manager, Systems Assessment, you’ll lead a national field-based team conducting in-depth safety system assessments across the heavy vehicle supply chain. This position can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Townsville or Parramatta. 

 About the role

This is a newly created leadership role, responsible for building and leading a field-based team of Systems Assessment Officers and Senior Officers who deliver risk-based safety systems assessments, provide expert input into investigations, and contribute to NHVR’s national safety agenda.

You’ll work closely with NHVR’s Investigations and Safety Compliance & Major Investigations teams to assess the effectiveness of Safety Management Systems (SMS) used by operators and off-road parties. Your team will be central to detecting risks, identifying safety failures, issuing improvement and prohibition notices, and influencing national safety outcomes.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Design and deliver a national field Safety Systems Assessment (SMS) Program in line with risk intelligence
  • Lead a geographically dispersed team, providing mentoring, development and direction
  • Coordinate targeted safety systems assessments across jurisdictions and industries
  • Ensure inspections and assessments align with HVNL safety obligations and regulatory controls
  • Provide strategic input to support investigations and broader compliance efforts
  • Collaborate with technical and legal teams to address systemic safety risks
  • Promote continuous improvement in SMS assurance, field assessments, and compliance tools
  • Maintain a high-performing team culture aligned to NHVR’s values and regulatory approach

  About You

  • Proven experience in field-based SMS assessments or safety assurance
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing dispersed and technical teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory risk controls, SMS frameworks and WHS legislation
  • Ability to translate safety assessment findings into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Experience delivering complex operational programs in regulated environments
  • High level of initiative, sound judgement and ethical regulatory decision-making
