About the role

Join the dynamic team at Breve Cafe Bar or Civic Heart restaurant as an experienced Chef, Manager, baristas, front house staff and kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers in our vibrant cafe located in the heart of Perth, WA 6000, and 1 mends street, South Perth, WA 6151. And As a seasoned chef with over 20 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for high-quality, innovative food. 10 years experience manager, 2 years experience barista and 1 year experience front house and kitchen staffs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes to the highest standard

  2. Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes

  3. Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

  4. Mentoring and training junior chefs to develop their skills

  5. Maintaining a clean and well-organised kitchen environment

  6. Proactively identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 20 years of experience as a professional chef, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at McGuire Hotels' as a Duty Manager at our flagship property, The Junction @ Annerley in Annerley, Queensland. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our full-service hotel, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. Chocolate Café Manager

We are looking for Gaming Attendants for night close shifts.

We need experienced Gaming Staff who are trained in RSA and RCG.

You will go to the top of the list if you have your Advanced RCG.

Shifts will be Monday - Friday nights, most weekends off. 25+ hours will be available to the right person.

Remuneration will be Hospitality Award wages (Casual) plus Superannuation.
