About the Role
As a Catering Assistant (Level 2), you will play an important role in providing high-quality food and beverage services that support the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring all food is delivered safely, efficiently, and with care. Your responsibilities will extend beyond standard duties to include specialised tasks such as preparing salads and sandwiches, hot breakfast items, and maintaining accurate control of ingredients and stores.
In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to support smooth daily operations and provide an excellent dining experience for all. This position is ideal for someone with attention to detail, a passion for quality service, and a positive team spirit.
