Lead and set the project governance structure management within S&OP ANZ by partnering with the functional leads.
Actively engage with the business units to ensure the effective deployment of the ANZ S&OP strategy and monitoring performance.
Positively challenge and influence peers and senior management to deliver timely results within budget
Ensure transparency and accountability in tracking and reporting on ANZ cost initiatives performance
Provide support for projects and collaborate with global counterparts to identify the most impactful levers and ideas to reach productivity targets
Review opportunities and bring the latest industry’s best practices for continuous improvement across the S&OP functions in areas including but not limited to, supply planning, demand planning, customer excellence, transport and warehouse.
About you:
Strong and proven experience in the field of Customer excellence, supply and demand planning, logistics and warehousing in the FMCG industry across Australia and/or New Zealand
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Be able to simplify the complex when providing solutions and dealing with sophisticated challenges
Project management skills from end-to-end, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise, and deliver.
You’re a team player who is open to feedback and collaborates with your colleagues to achieve a common goal

Norman Carriers (Aust) Pty Ltd, a third-generation family-owned logistics provider, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Crew Member to join our 3PL warehouse team in Laverton North.
You will be working with palletised freight, supporting daily picking, packing, stock movements, and truck loading in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:Operate high reach electric forklifts to manage palletised stock
Perform order picking, staging, and packing for 3PL customers
Load and unload trucks and trailers with correct load restraint
Conduct stock checks and assist with cycle counting
Use scanners, tablets, and warehouse apps to track tasks and inventory
Support general warehouse duties including pallet wrapping, labelling, sweeping, and presentation
Follow safe work practices and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse
Current LF Forklift Licence (mandatory)
Experience operating high reach electric forklifts in a warehouse
Previous work in a 3PL, FMCG, or similar palletised freight environment
Strong understanding of safe loading practices and load restraint
Basic computer literacy – ability to use scanning devices and warehouse software
Physically fit, reliable, and team-focused
Experience using WMS systems
Stocktaking or inventory control background

Consistent day shift hours (weekdays)
