Available Positions:

Butcher – Portion Cutting Specialist
Rate: $45.00 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat for the production team with precision and consistency
• Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.

Butcher – Generalist
Rate: $43.63 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts, dicing, trimming and using the bandsaw
• Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential

Knife Hand
Rate: $41.25 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers, trim, and slice meat for further processing
• Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded

Production Worker
Rate: $37.88 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am

• Assist with scraping meat from bones, mincing, and marinating meat products.
• Suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on processing work

Warehouse Operator
Rate: $38.68 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am

• Duties include packing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and dispatching meat products
• Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a purchasing, stores, or supply chain role
• Experience in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Sound knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) and current Driver’s Licence

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Working with timber, aluminum, and composite materials
• Measure, cut, and prepare door panels, frames, and components to precise architectural specifications
• Assemble sectional, tilt, or custom architectural garage doors using hand and power tools
• Install reinforcing brackets, hinges, rollers, and tension systems according to technical drawings
• Operate tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, and presses for fabrication and fitting
• Measure, cut, and install external cladding (for example aluminum composite, timber battens, Colorbond, zincalume, or custom architectural panels)
• Apply sealants, insulation, or finishing trims for weatherproofing and presentation
• Support onsite installation activities when required, assisting experienced team members and gaining hands-on practical experience with garage door installations

You will be working with palletised freight, supporting daily picking, packing, stock movements, and truck loading in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate high reach electric forklifts to manage palletised stock

• Perform order picking, staging, and packing for 3PL customers

• Load and unload trucks and trailers with correct load restraint

• Conduct stock checks and assist with cycle counting
