We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to step into a 12-month maternity leave cover, supporting a luxury automotive dealership in Western Sydney. You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team that values initiative, reliability and creativity — someone who can keep activity running seamlessly while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Key Details:

  • $80,000–$90,000 + super
  • Western Sydney (Granville/Parramatta) – onsite four days, one day at head office
  • Full-time – some evening/weekend events as required
The Role
Reporting to the GM of Marketing, you’ll plan and deliver a mix of brand, retail and customer engagement activity. This is a hands-on role with a strong events and relationship focus, overseeing marketing execution at dealership level and ensuring alignment with national campaigns and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and attending customer events, launches and activations (approx. six–seven per quarter)
  • Managing campaign planning, budgeting, approvals and reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Managing content for social media and dealership website (with digital support available)
  • Handling marketing administration including POs, invoices and customer database updates
  • Ensuring activity adheres to brand standards and compliance processes
  • Representing the brand confidently with both internal stakeholders and high-net-worth customers
About You You’ll be a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running. You’re confident juggling multiple moving parts, managing budgets and stakeholders, and seeing a campaign through from concept to completion.
We’re looking for:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Experience coordinating events, managing suppliers and tracking budgets
  • Familiarity with digital channels (social, EDM, website updates)
  • Positive, polished and professional communicator
This would suit someone with dealership, retail, or consumer brand experience — or a marketer who thrives on end-to-end delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Why you’ll love it
  • Work with an iconic brand that genuinely values customer experience
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Autonomy and variety – every week looks a little different
  • A chance to build your portfolio with a premium automotive name
