WHY TEAM SIMONDS?
The Simonds story all started in 1949 with a passionate family man, Gary Simonds. He envisioned a builder that Australians could rely on to guide them through the process of crafting their perfect home. This vision remains at the heart of Simonds today with our commitment to making the Great Australian Dream a reality by placing home ownership within Australia’s reach.
Becoming part of Team Simonds means becoming part of the family. Our people are the heart of what we do. Our homes are built for the community, by the community, with a local network of employees, trades and supplies all working towards this vision. It is this passion, dedication, and excellence that you will find on every Simonds job site, office, and display centre across the country. Today, we stand proudly as an ASX listed & leading national builder servicing customers across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
Simonds has helped shape Australia. Few can say that. Whether we’re looking back at the homes of yesteryear, what we’re building now, or everything that’s still to come. We’ve not only shaped what Australia looks like, but more importantly, how Australia homes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Sales Host to work at our beautiful Aura display home, located in Bells Creek. This is a part-time position, and typical working hours will be Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
As a Sales Host, you are the first point of contact for prospective clients as they arrive at our display home. Some of the key accountabilities within this role include:

Our Sales Hosts also have the capacity to work at multiple display homes should the opportunity arise.
WHO YOU ARE
As the initial point of contact for many of our clients, we are looking for someone who is approachable, helpful and most of all confident in their ability to comfortably interact with a diverse range of customers from all different backgrounds and walks of life. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and an interest in sales then we'd love to hear from you!
This position also requires the ability to work well both autonomously and in a close-knit team environment - at times, our Sales Hosts are responsible for operating the display on their own so having a high level of care and responsibility is paramount. Possessing sound computer literacy skills are also mandatory.
WHY JOIN US?
Aside from a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's ASX listed leading residential builders, Simonds can offer you:
