Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing and maintaining a residential rent roll under senior supervision

Assist with marketing properties to HOSO standards

Assist with routine inspections and record property conditions

Log and follow up maintenance requests and communicate with contractors
Assist with calendar tasks, appointments, and workflow coordination

Current SA Property Manager Registration
Previous experience in property management (preferred)
Current drivers license

What You Will Be Doing
You will be working as a Dump Truck Operator within the Production Department on a coal mine in Rolleston. In this role you will be operating 789, 793 and 795 Dump Trucks on 12.5-hour shifts on a 7/7 Roster. Day shift runs Wednesday to Tuesday and night shift runs Tuesday to Monday. These roles are available to BIBO (Yeppoon, Rockhampton & Bundaberg), DIDO and residential candidates.
What You Will Need
Previous experience working as a Dump Truck Operator within a production coal mining environment.
Experience operating CAT 789, 793 and 795 Dump Trucks, providing an SSE signed skills list.
You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain this.
Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.
