The Role:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this entry-level position provides support across a variety of warehousing and purchasing tasks. You will receive on-the-job training and guidance to help you develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Assisting with receipting and dispatching goods

  • Keeping records up to date in the stock management system

  • Helping to monitor stock levels and prepare stock for orders

  • Supporting monthly stocktakes and internal audits

  • Assisting with deliveries and collection of goods

  • Entering purchase orders and helping maintain supplier records

  • Providing general assistance around the warehouse and stores area

  • Learning to coordinate basic vehicle servicing tasks and supplier follow-ups

What does the job look like?

This role would suit professional and a highly experienced MC Driver experienced moving general mining freight with triple road trains and related load restraint tasks.  This role works an 8/6 roster, 13 hour shifts, FIFO from Perth.  Key areas:

  • Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
  • Operate triple road trains to safely move ugly mining freight
  • Safe and compliant load restraint techniques
  • Coupling and uncoupling, reversing, moving trailers around
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers

Are you the one?

To be successful in this role you are a competent triple road train operator experienced with load restraint of mining freight.  You can demonstrate:

  • History of safe work practices
  • MC & forklift license
  • Experience operating triple road trains & load restraint essential
  • Experience working in the WA Pilbara region

Quality Assurance Technician

The Role:

  • Assisting in the daily laboratory operations conducting quality assurance tests on construction chemicals at the Warehouse
  • Inspecting products or materials for defects
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards, perform checks, and assist in developing quality control policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and recording with use of MS Office modules
