Flowcrete are a leading, Australian owned company specialising in concrete pump manufacturing and repairs throughout Australia. We manufacture a range of concrete pumping equipment including truck mounted boom pumps, truck mounted line pumps and concrete placing tower booms . We have branches in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and now SA.
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work on and repair concrete pumps at our new factory located in Wingfield. This is a newly acquired workshop and this can be an exciting opportunity to make this role your own. This is a full-time position available for an energetic person who wants to build a career in a lucrative market. The primary role of this position involves general servicing, repairs, and maintenance on concrete pumps but can also involve spare part sales, picking and packing goods and general workshop duties. Specific concrete pump repair training can be arranged for an experienced fitter in a similar role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Repair / Replace worn and defective wear parts
Disassemble / Reassemble mechanical and hydraulic components
Perform scheduled maintenance services on concrete pumps
Diagnose / Repair hydraulic and electric faults typically found on concrete pumps.
Pack & send spare parts
General workshop duties
The successful candidate will:
Hold a current Driver’s Licence (HR Licence desirable)
Forklift Licence (desirable)
Relevant trade certificate or experience in the concrete pump industry (desirable)
Be enthusiastic and reliable
Have great communication skills
Be able to work in a team and autonomously

Supervise and support a small team of cleaners
Perform cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
Conduct quality checks and ensure high cleanliness standards
Create and maintain cleaning schedules
Train new staff on processes and standards
Monitor and order cleaning supplies
Report maintenance issues to management
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene procedures
Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills

Current valid drivers licence
Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone
Ready to learn and able to work on your own
Able to undertake plenty of walking, bending and squatting
Able to work in most weather conditions
Able to work Mon-Fri, 5 days per week,30-38 hours per week
Flexible and comfortable with daily travel of up to, or more than 45 minutes each way
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail is required
Available during the Christmas period ( Excluding public holidays and weekends)
Key Responsibilities
Accurately read allocated meter routes in a timely, efficient and safe manner
Uphold the Service Stream safety standards and publicly represent Service Stream and our clients in a professional manner
Understand and ensure targets are met
Ability to work independently but also work with other members of the team
Regularly communicate with office support team
Upload/download route information to/from hand-held device
