The Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with relevant experience in Anaesthetics and PACU with an interest in further developing skills to deliver excellent patient care within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values.

About You
You are a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic perioperative environment, you will also have the following:

  • Previous Anaesthetics and or PACU nurse experience

About the Role

Our client in Canning Vale is seeking a permanent full-time Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing heavy-vehicle engineering and workshop operation.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will manage end-to-end procurement, inventory control, and warehouse operations while supporting engineers, technicians, and workshop leaders.

You’ll be handling purchasing, supplier management, stock accuracy, warehouse organisation, and parts coordination to ensure the workshop has the materials required for production and custom engineering builds.

Shift Timings & Salary

  • Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + 12% Superannuation

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start (approx. 6:30am–7:30am)

  • Occasional Saturday work depending on workloads

  • Training travel: Initial onboarding/training in South Australia (first month, with ongoing support for approx. 6 months)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full procurement lifecycle including raising POs, tracking deliveries, receipting, and supplier coordination

  • Negotiating pricing, lead times, and supply options

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and data integrity within the ERP (SAP advantageous)

  • Organising and improving warehouse layout, processes, and stock control

Reporting to the Operations Manager you would be responsible for:
• Supervising a team of regular and relief drivers
• DIFOT and in line with temperature control guidelines

• Scheduling and allocation of jobs / orders / runs / loads utilising a TMS
• Liaising directly with Customers Transport Managers and Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets
  • Load and unload trucks and containers with care and accuracy
  • Move stock to designated areas and assist with general warehouse flow
  • Perform basic inventory tasks, including stock movements and replenishment
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required to meet operational needs

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Current LF Forklift Licence (counterbalance experience essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience in a similar forklift role
  • Confident operating counterbalance forklifts in tight or busy warehouse areas
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a fast‑paced warehouse environment
