We are looking for a reliable and experienced Civil Supervisor to lead our site team on ongoing civil infrastructure projects throughout Adelaide. If you're experienced in supervising civil projects and want to take your career to the next level, this is the opportunity for you!
Team Leadership: Supervise and direct site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery, including assigning roles and covering other jobs when needed.
Site Diary Management: Update daily logs with project progress, client instructions, resource usage, weather impacts, and site issues.
Design Reviews: Check design details and resolve any ambiguities with the relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Subcontractor Coordination: Ensure subcontractors are working according to the project schedule and quality standards, minimizing delays.
Resource Management: Assess plant and labor requirements, and communicate resource needs to the Line Manager.
Documentation: Submit project delays, claims, variations, and notices to clients in line with contract terms.
Safety & Communication: Ensure regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings are conducted, and manage site communications effectively.
Qualifications: Trade qualified in Civil or Construction, with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the civil construction industry, with proven site supervision experience.
Certifications: Current First Aid accreditation, valid Driver's License
Project Supervision: Experience in supervising and managing daily site activities, construction scheduling, and site operations.
Standards Knowledge: Familiar with Australian Standards (AS) relevant to civil construction.

The purpose of the Survey Support Officer is to provide efficient and effective survey technical services by using your technical knowledge, expertise, and leadership to assist the Surveyor in all relevant activities and ensure successful completion of projects in scope, time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Under the supervision of a surveyor, work as part of a team on surveys required for road infrastructure projects.
• Undertake construction survey data processing operations, and assist in analysing, interpreting and reporting data.
• Provide specialist technical support to Surveyors on construction projects.
