Lead Operational Excellence in Adult Education with TAFE Queensland, Gold Coast  

As Operations Manager you will drive operational excellence in the delivery of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs by leveraging innovative business solutions to manage timetabling and resource allocation, ensuring financial viability and compliance with educational qualification outcomes. About the Position - Key Responsibilities: 

• Utilise innovative business solutions to manage educator timetabling activities for the faculty ensuring programs are financially viable, resourced effectively and adhere to educational qualification outcomes.

• Manage the achievement of key performance indicators relating to the faculty's contractual revenue sources.

• Manage educational processes on behalf of the faculty including award eligibility, packaging rules, graduation workbench and program registration. 
• Maintain an understanding of the commercial aspects of TAFE including financial and business performance and any impact from external factors.
