About the role

We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Alice Springs, providing high quality, responsive and culturally appropriate counselling and groupwork services. 

The counsellor’s role is to support and strengthen family relationships, prevent breakdown, enhance children and young people’s wellbeing and mental health, assist couples and families to manage issues arising from relationships, including family violence, and support children after parental separation.                                                        

CatholicCare NT Counsellors provide a range of evidenced based therapeutic interventions including family therapy, individual counselling and groups, support and information and referral.  These interventions are primarily targeted to support critical family development and transition points including formation, extension, and separation. 


What we are looking for 

  • Relevant qualification in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work is essential. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, young people, adults and families.
  • Membership or eligibility to join a governing body such as PACFA, AASW or ACA.
  • Demonstrated competence in using a broad range of evidence based counselling and group work approaches to support client outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including case note writing

This newly created position will play a pivotal role in the delivery of City of Casey’s leading Maternal and Child Health Service.  

Liaising with Team Leaders and other organisations as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will oversee all Information Sharing requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses.

What you’ll deliver

  • Act as the key contact for coordinating and managing client information requests with Information Sharing and Risk Assessment Entities, in line with legislative requirements.
  • Review and respond to information sharing requests in accordance with the Family Violence and Child Information Sharing Schemes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Apply relevant knowledge of legislation, including the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005 and Family Violence Protection Act 2008.
  • Work collaboratively with MCH staff and external partners to assess and facilitate appropriate information sharing.
  • Build staff capability through training and support on FVISS and CISS responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Child & Family Health as recognised in Victoria to practice in Maternal and Child Health.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in MCH nursing.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as Division 1 Nurse and Midwife.
  • An understanding of relevant Information Sharing legislation
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead – Exercise Physiology to join our dynamic team in Cairns, Brisbane or Sargood on Collaroy. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical excellence while working in supportive, forward-thinking environments.

  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to exercise physiologists.
  • Lead the design and delivery of evidence-based exercise interventions for clients with diverse health needs, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and promote holistic wellbeing.

 Essential Qualifications & Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
  • Current accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience, including demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven experience working with clients across neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic health conditions.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills  
  • Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care  
  • Highly motivated and a positive attitude 
  • Current Australian driver’s license 
  • Full working rights in Australia.

No Boundaries Health and Osteopathy is seeking an experienced and passionate Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Townsville, Queensland. This full-time role can offer a full caseload immediately. We are also open to part-time and contractors.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive osteopathic, physiotherapy, chiropractor or massage therapy assessments and treatments to patients of all ages and backgrounds

  2. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and sports-related injuries and conditions

  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care

  4. Educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation and self-management strategies

  5. Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all clinical and administrative requirements

  6. Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy or Massage therapy

  2. Strong clinical assessment and hands-on treatment skills

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients

  4. Confident working independently without supervision

  5. Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AAMT)
