This position can be based either at our Scoresby office in Melbourne or our Lidcombe Office in Sydney.

• Be the key contact for specified accounts for day-to-day customer service and supply chain activities
• Identifying and driving supply chain improvements in conjunction with the customer which results in improvement of customer service and cost win-wins
• Drive customer specific opportunities that enhance Lactalis Supply Chain
• Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved
• Identify root cause of issues and work with internal stakeholders on corrective actions

 To be successful, you will ideally have:

•  Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindset
• Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Understanding of supply chain principles
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to influence a cross-section of stakeholders
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• FMCG experience
• ·SAP experience highly regarded
