We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.
Warehouse responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and keying orders into transport software.

Responsibilities
Pick & Pack orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.

As an Expert Courier Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our valued customers. What you'll be doing
Safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport packages to their designated locations
Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others
Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour
Accurately documenting and tracking deliveries to maintain order and transparency
Assisting with the loading and unloading of packages as needed
Communicating effectively with the dispatch team and customers to ensure timely deliveries

What we're looking for
A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

The Role and Remuneration
We are seeking experienced palletisers / warehouse operator for the Transport department.
Employed on a casual basis, offering an average of 20- 30 hours per week, working 3-5 days per week.
Start Time : 1:00pm & 6:00pm on a roster working across 7 days (Weekly/Fortnightly rosters)
Payrate : $34-$38 per hour + Superannuation
Required skills & attributes:
Experience to warehousing work and staging pallets
Forklift license essential advantageous
Background in outwards goods and loading trucks
Dispatch and transport knowledge would be a bonus
Attention to detail is key and desire to grow within role and organisation
Thorough understanding of Warehousing Operations would be advantageous
Flexible, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative
Have a sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S
Have sound knowledge of Manual Handling Practices

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive operator who can comfortably commute between both locations (approximately 50% of time at each site).
Your duties will include:
Safely operating forklifts (including high reach) and managing battery changes in the warehouse battery room
Performing general battery maintenance (watering, cleaning, inspections, etc.)
RF scanning and general machine operation
Assisting with factory hand duties and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Participating in rotational weekend shifts (with penalty rates)
About You

Current LF Forklift Licence with High Reach experience
Own reliable transport and ability to travel between sites
