This role is a permanent position on a 7:7 or 4:3 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns to Groote Eylandt.


As the Maintenance Engineer (Mobile Assets), you will be responsible for engineering solutions that strengthen performance, reliability and safety across mobile maintenance, including strategy development, critical spares analysis and defect-elimination leadership.


Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:


  • Identify and plan engineering works aligned to requirements, budgets and priorities
  • Undertake Root Cause Analysis investigations and implement defect-elimination actions
  • Provide technical expertise to support quality workmanship and safe maintenance execution
  • Support Inventory & Warehousing processes through input on stock levels, criticality and spares



ABOUT YOU


You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:


  • Mobile fleet experience across heavy mining equipment and light vehicle ancillary assets
  • Strong understanding of RAMS principles (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety)and preventative strategy development
  • Analytical and investigative capability with proven experience leading Root Cause Analysis processes
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring processes and their application to mobile fleets
  • Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and/or Komatsu HME
  • SAP and OnePM proficiency (advantageous but not essential)


Qualifications for this position are:


  • Engineering degree accredited by Engineers Australia (EA)
  • Current manual driver's licence

About the Role

  • Assist maintenance trades personnel to achieve budgeted maintenance targets by carrying out scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repairs on mobile and ancillary equipment
  • Report all safety hazards, environmental hazards, incidents, damage, breakdowns and equipment stoppages to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the mobile maintenance team by supporting daily activities across both surface and underground workshops, and applying sound maintenance knowledge and practical skills
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in workshops and all areas where maintenance activities are performed

About You

  • Hold a valid WA manual driver's licence
  • Possess dogging, EWP, forklift and mobile crane tickets (desirable)
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Have previous manual labour or physically demanding work experience suitable for the roles requirements

About the role

We are looking for Supervisor MEM Shutdown to join our Operations team at Tom Price. You'll lead, mentor, coach and develop the shutdown maintenance team while providing leadership in safely executing shutdown maintenance activities at site level.

You'll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You'll work on a fly in, fly out, 8 days on; 6 days ; 7 days on, 7 days off, roster which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. 

Reporting to the Superintendent MEM Shutdown you will:

  • Adhere to all Rio Tinto standards, policies and procedures
  • Appointment as Statutory Supervisor under WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 with the functions as per Schedule 26
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing improvement opportunities utilising a range of Rio Tinto best practices
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders in the performance of duties
  • Organise and manage the preparation and execution of HME Shutdown work in compliance to the RT Shutdown Procedure:
  • Provide input into shutdown schedule, scope, and budget, incl. risks, site layout plan and shutdown management plan
  • Statutory workplace inspections
  • Manage HSE, shift handovers, schedule, scope change, critical issues/ contingencies

What you'll bring

  • Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members
  • In depth knowledge of large-scale earthmoving equipment maintenance
  • Contractor management experience
  • Computer literacy, Outlook, Excel, Word and SAP maintenance system
  • An understanding of the shut management process and principles

About the role

Hawk Contracting is seeking experienced heavy diesel mechanics and auto electricians to join our team on an 8n6 fifo from perth to the pilbara, WA. This is a casual role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of heavy equipment and machinery used in the mining industry. Successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our fleet, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

You will be confident working with multiple stakeholders, analysing data, and supporting project teams to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely reporting across all cost-related activities.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Relevant experience as a Cost Controller or similar position in the Civil and/or Mining sectors
  • Good understanding of earthmoving and mining plant
  • An understanding of estimating is desirable
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Prepare the Monthly Contract Valuation report
  • Developing and maintaining detailed forecasts to completion, ensuring alignment with project performance
  • Prepare monthly progress claim
  • Project Cost analysis
  • Preparing monthly accruals and ensuring all financial data is captured correctly
  • Reviewing and validating subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Build reports using internal reporting tools to assist engineering and commercial teams
  • Administer site cost coding function
  • Assist contract administrators in preparing quantum of claims:
  • Manage all project cost commitments
  • Champion continuous Project Control process improvements

We're looking for a versatile Campaigns & Digital Marketing Officer to join our passionate Brand & Development Team. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO:

  • Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies to drive adoption, fundraising, advocacy growth and Op Shop visitation.

  • Manage multi-channel digital activity including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, website content, programmatic and email.

  • Improve RSPCA SA's digital presence by enhancing website performance, boosting adoption page traffic and supporting the delivery of a new website.

  • Create engaging digital assets, copy and content for advertising, social media and online platforms.

  • Monitor performance across all digital channels, providing insights, recommendations and ongoing optimisation to maximise ROI.

Campaign Delivery:

  • Produce high-quality content including graphics, campaign assets, posters and simple video edits

  • Lead the digital component of campaigns, including strategy development, audience targeting, creative development, testing and optimisation.

  • Produce and coordinate marketing collateral and advertising assets to support adoption, fundraising, advocacy and commercial activities.

  • Analyse results and prepare post-campaign reporting to track performance, identify improvements and measure success against KPIs.

General Support:

  • Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager with the delivery of campaigns and email marketing through Campaign Monitor or similar platforms

  • Maintain asset libraries and marketing documentation

  • Support cross-department requests, ensuring key organisational priorities (adoption, commercial, advocacy) are met

  • Act as a bran guardian

  • Support relationships with our Ambassador & Furbassador network and seek opportunities to grow and improve this area

  • Identify, establish and maintain professional relationships and networks


About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

  • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Have a relevant experience and training delivering digital marketing campaigns

  • Possess at least 2 years of digital marketing experience

  • Confident producing digital content and campaign assets

  • Skilled across SEO, website updates and social media platforms

  • Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects

  • A strong writer with excellent communication skills

  • Collaborative, positive and passionate about helping animals


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a digital marketing, SEO and website content management

  • Graphic design ability using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

  • Ability to interpret analytics and apply insights

  • Experience in NFP, agency, or fast-paced marketing environments is a bonus
