About the Role

As a Field Service Technician – Bus, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration systems on buses. This full-time role is based out of our workshop in Penrith, NSW, and includes a company vehicle. If you like being hands-on, solving problems, and working on-site with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of bus air-conditioning units

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues

  • Installing new refrigeration systems and components

  • Keeping accurate records of all work completed

  • Delivering great customer service and building relationships with clients

  • Working safely and following all industry standards and regulations

What We’re Looking For
  • Automotive mechanic / electrician experience (bus or transport industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)

  • Experience as a field service or refrigeration technician is ideal, but we’re open to training motivated mechanics ready for a change

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Good communication skills to work with customers and colleagues

  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
