Roles Available: HVAC Technician & Lead Tech/Supervisor
The Roles
1. All Rounder HVAC Technician: $49 - $50+ Per Hour + Super
- Varied role covering installs, ductwork, service, maintenance and deeper diagnostic work.
- One week leading install crews, the next fault-finding older commercial systems across major sites.
- Ideal for techs 5–10 years post-trade wanting more ownership and the opportunity to mentor apprentices.
2. Service Technician: $45 - $48 Per Hour + Super
- Steady, well-rounded commercial service role covering maintenance, breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Work across multiple Brisbane commercial sites with zero residential work.
- Ideal for a technician who enjoys problem-solving and keeping commercial systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing?
- Commercial installs, ductwork, maintenance, breakdowns, commissioning and troubleshooting across major Brisbane sites.
- Diagnosing faults on legacy systems, carrying out repairs and servicing, and representing the business professionally on secure sites.
About You! We're Looking For
- You’re Qualified & Ready to Go - Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Con, ARCtick, White Card, QBCC Mechanical Services Licence and a Restricted Electrical Licence. You’re confident working across commercial sites and can pass a police check.
- You Know Your Craft - With years’ HVAC experience, solid diagnostics and the ability to run your own day, you’re comfortable taking charge, solving problems on the fly and keeping high-security commercial sites running smoothly.
