You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of MRI service, maintaining and developing protocols and staff training. Ideally, you will have unit management experience, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

About the role
Join NT Health's 2026 remote dental program delivering essential care across Central Australia and the Top End. As a locum Dentist, you'll work as a sole practitioner supported by a Dental Assistant, with a comprehensive paid orientation before travelling to multiple Aboriginal communities across 4-5-week blocks. Each placement offers a mix of general, emergency, and preventive dentistry in well-established remote clinics, supported by NT Health teams, community staff and cmr. This role is ideal for Dentists who enjoy variety, meaningful work and the independence that remote practice brings-while still having the support of experienced teams behind you.
