Our client is currently seeking a Leading Hand to join their busy food manufacturing business located in Silverwater.

Duties include:

-          Lead and motivate a team of production workers

-          Organise daily tasks including training new staff

-          Ensure daily production targets are met

-          Coordinate changeovers, line setups and production transitions

-          Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures
