POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an HD Fitters you will be responsible for maintain, repair, and service Eastern Guruma’s fleet of heavy mobile plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. ABOUT ROLE:

  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on mobile and heavy equipment with increasing independence.

  • Develop technical knowledge and sound judgment in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.

  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace, ensuring all tools, PPE, and electrical equipment are in good condition and correctly tagged.

  • Conduct inspections, complete movement reports, and promptly record or report any defects.

  • Identify required parts and coordinate procurement with the Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Accurately update maintenance and fuel records in Viper Metrics.

  • Diagnoses complex faults, oversees quality control, and supports client communication.
