Some of the key duties of the role include:
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants

General administrative duties to assist the Portfolio Manager
Minimum of 2 years office experience and a current drivers licence are essential.
Real Estate licence not essential, but desirable. We can provide you with the training required to obtain this licence.

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Associate to manage the resale of retirement living properties across multiple villages. The role involves working autonomously from one of our retirement villages, with travel between the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, and support from our head office in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.
This role is ideally suited for someone with experience in retirement living sales, hospitality sales, or real estate who is looking to take ownership of their portfolio and drive results in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end resale process – from enquiry to settlement
Guide prospective buyers and support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
Prepare property listings for platforms such as realestate.com.au and villages.com.au
Support marketing activities including social media updates, EDMs, and onsite signage
Issue regular vendor updates and contribute to sales reporting
Maintain accurate records in the CRM – including enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes
Liaise with Village Managers, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
About You
A self-motivated, autonomous worker who thrives on independence and accountability
Experience in retirement living, hospitality sales, or real estate
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence – especially in sensitive situations
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple listings across various sites
Comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs, and basic marketing tools
Holds a valid driver’s licence and is willing to travel between villages in SE QLD

Base Salary: $75,000 + Super
