Your New Role

This position will be a 12 month materniy leave cover with the possibility of extension. This role is a SAP transactional procurement and would suit a candidate that has worked within operations and based in Jandakot WA.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Comply with short and long-term purchasing and inventory strategies.
  • Provide support for spend category sourcing reviews.
  • Secure and report savings, cost reductions achieved and secured during the purchasing process.
  • Meet cost reduction/savings targets through proactive negotiation of pricing with suppliers to meet or better the estimated cost.
  • Monitor master data quality (as it relates to purchasing process) and work with others to correct errors and maintain the integrity of our SAP Master Data - vendors and materials.
  • Ensure efficient and effective 2-way flow of purchase order information across the supply chain stakeholders - Production, S&P Solutions, Engineering and Vendors.
  • Raise and administer purchase orders to ensure on-time, lowest cost supply of goods and services to meet the Production plan(s) and spare parts delivery dates.
  • Ensure timely resolution of invoice queries and follow up on outstanding invoices as requested.
  • Process Materials Replenishment process (MRP).
  • Participate in the regular monitoring and reporting of supplier DIFOT and quality performance, including the receival and storage of QA documentation.
  • Compliance with relevant legislation and PAU policy, procedures and business rules.

About the Role

Role Overview

  • Transport, set up, and pack down golf simulator equipment at event locations
