For Pharmacy Retail Manager and Retail Store Supervisor to drive front-of-shop retail success for a stable community-focused pharmacy.
A permanent full-time role Monday to Friday within a supportive team environment.
- Requires: Experience in retail operations management, staff leadership, stock control, and customer service excellence.
- Salary guide: $65,000 per annum.
- Location: Southern suburbs of Sydney.
Your normal day will involve:
- Overseeing daily retail operations ensuring streamlined workflow and excellent customer experience
- Leading, motivating and managing retail team members to meet sales and service targets
- Managing staff rostering, training, and performance reviews to maintain high operational standards
- Handling stock control, ordering, and optimising product displays to drive sales growth
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Supporting the pharmacy team to meet overall business objectives
- Building strong customer relationships to increase front-of-shop revenue
