As the Videographer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for:

Content Production:

  • Plan, film, and edit a range of videos including brand campaigns, social content, podcast episodes, testimonials, and event coverage.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to storyboard, script, and execute concepts aligned with OMG’s tone and visual identity.

  • Capture high-quality footage in both studio and field settings, managing lighting, sound, and camera setups.

Post-Production:

  • Edit videos for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.

  • Add motion graphics, captions, animations, and finishing touches that elevate storytelling.

  • Manage colour grading, sound mixing, and final exports to brand standards.

Creative Development:

  • Contribute to ideation sessions and content strategy planning.

  • Experiment with new formats and trends to push OMG’s creative edge.

  • Work with senior stakeholders to produce CEO and thought leadership content that feels authentic, premium, and engaging.

Success in this role looks like:

Requirements, Background, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in videography and editing (agency, content studio, or in-house).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).

  • Experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.

  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.

  • Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • A reel or portfolio showcasing your best work across multiple styles.

A key position exists within a fast-growing Chartered Accounting firm for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing function and strengthen their brand presence in the market.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll drive digital initiatives, campaigns, content, events and CRM insights that support business development and firm growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the firm’s overall marketing strategy and brand direction

  • Manage digital marketing across website, email and social media channels

  • Ensure high SEO performance and strong online visibility

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance

  • Plan and execute firm-wide marketing and business development campaigns

  • Provide strategic insights and advice to the Leadership team

  • Coordinate events, sponsorships and key partnerships

  • Manage our CRM to ensure clean data, effective segmentation and meaningful reporting

  • Use CRM insights to develop targeted campaigns and strengthen client engagement

  • Oversee content creation, including thought leadership, newsletters, blogs and case studies

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications leadership role, ideally in a professional services environment

  • Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, content and social media strategy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Advanced; Outlook – Advanced; PowerPoint – Intermediate; Excel – Intermediate)

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot highly regarded

We are seeking a driven and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Yokohama Tyre Australia in Silverwater, NSW. This full-time role is an essential, entry-to-mid-level position designed to support the execution of the company's marketing strategy across various platforms .

We are looking for a true all-rounder who is comfortable assisting with both digital and physical marketing initiatives . You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a vital support role in coordinating the company's presence at events and exhibitions .

What you'll be doing

  • Digital & Social Media: Maintaining and updating content across company websites and social media channels to ensure messaging is current, engaging, and adheres to brand guidelines .

  • Event Coordination: Providing essential support for the planning and execution of Exhibitions, Trade Shows, and sponsored events, including set-up logistics and material management .

  • Campaign Support: assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels .

  • Content Creation: Using excellent written communication skills to develop marketing materials, internal communications, and external correspondence .

  • Administrative Support: Assisting the Marketing Manager with reporting, budget tracking, and the ordering of internal marketing material and merchandise .

  • Collaboration: Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and internal sales teams .
