We’re looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through powerful storytelling. You’ll work within our Marketing team to produce high-impact content that builds our brand, educates our clients, fuels social growth, and elevates our thought leadership—from our CEO’s flagship Never Not Building podcast to performance-driven campaigns, client case studies, and our video-led digital education ventures.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who lives and breathes video—from shooting to editing, motion graphics, and sound design. You’ll be the creative force turning OMG’s ideas into cinematic moments that connect, educate, convert, and inspire.

As the Videographer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for:
Content Production:
Plan, film, and edit a range of videos including brand campaigns, social content, podcast episodes, testimonials, and event coverage.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to storyboard, script, and execute concepts aligned with OMG’s tone and visual identity.
Capture high-quality footage in both studio and field settings, managing lighting, sound, and camera setups.
Post-Production:
Edit videos for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
Add motion graphics, captions, animations, and finishing touches that elevate storytelling.
Manage colour grading, sound mixing, and final exports to brand standards.
Creative Development:
Contribute to ideation sessions and content strategy planning.
Experiment with new formats and trends to push OMG’s creative edge.
Work with senior stakeholders to produce CEO and thought leadership content that feels authentic, premium, and engaging.
Success in this role looks like:
Delivery of visually engaging, brand-consistent video content.
Timely execution of projects from concept to final delivery.
Strong collaboration and communication with marketing and internal stakeholders.
Increased audience engagement and reach through compelling visual storytelling.
Well-managed equipment, assets, and production workflows.
Requirements, Background, Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in videography and editing (agency, content studio, or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
Experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
A reel or portfolio showcasing your best work across multiple styles.
Experience shooting podcasts or multi-cam interview setups.
Skills in colour grading, motion design, or animation.
Familiarity with brand marketing and paid media video formats.
Passion for digital marketing, business growth, and creative experimentation.

About the Role
BOQ Group is on an exciting transformation journey, and we’re looking for a Change Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in executing communications activities and experiences that engage bankers and customers in change, supporting teams to influence positive change adoption across the Group.
You’ll be responsible for implementing and measuring change communications plans to drive key metrics in change readiness, effectiveness, and adoption. Your work will include delivering operational and incident communications plans, participating in the communication team’s 24/7 on-call roster, and ensuring customer-facing teams are consistently informed through established channels.
Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with the Enterprise Change Management Team, Group Communications Team, Frontline Distribution Teams, Retail and Business Banking Division Teams, and key support areas like Risk, Finance, Technology, and People & Culture. You’ll also partner with third-party suppliers supporting Enterprise Change Management.
About You
We're looking for a strong writer with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, if you have experience in delivering change communications activities in varied organisations this is a bonus.
