If you want to work where respect goes both ways, where trust matters more than titles, and where people take pride in their work — you’ll feel right at home with SCS.

At SCS, we’re built differently.
Every project we take on is driven by precision workmanship and backed by a reputation for trust. In an industry where cutting corners isn’t an option, we set the standard—delivering quality, safety, and reliability from the ground up.

Let’s be upfront: we may not offer the highest rates in the industry, but that’s not what we’re about. We deliver high-level technical services for fixed plant and equipment across the Central West of NSW — and are now also expanding our footprint in South Australia, where our growing team continues to support clients with the same high standards and expertise we’re known for. And yes, we specialise in crushers.

We’re proud to be the black sheep of the industry, and here’s why:

  • People genuinely enjoy working here.

  • Our team is supportive, loyal, and strong.

  • We don’t just talk about culture — we live it every day through teamwork, honesty, and pride in what we deliver.

Many of our crew have been with us for years — and some who left found their way back; knowing what we’ve built here is hard to find elsewhere. That tells us we’re doing something right.

What we’re looking for:

  • Trade Certificate (Fabrication or Mechanical - essential)

  • Mine site experience (essential)

  • National Police Check (essential - within 12 months)

  • Valid Driver’s Licence (HR/MR desirable)

  • Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (essential - refreshed/gained within 24 months)

  • Workplace Medical

  • Based in Central West of NSW — or willing to travel to Central West NSW and interstate, including South Australia

  • Positive attitude and pride in your work

Don’t tick every box? That’s okay. Skills can be taught — attitude can’t. If you think you’re a good fit, we want to hear from you.

At SCS, we’ve built something worth being proud of. We back each other, do honest work, and focus on doing things right — not just fast.
Our head office is based in Orange, NSW, with a second location in Clare, SA — and we’re growing fast! This is an exciting time to join a team that’s on the move and doing things differently.

Apply today and be part of something better.
