We are seeking experienced Scaffolders and Riggers to join our team for ongoing shutdown and maintenance work across major mining sites in Karratha and Port Hedland. This role is suited to candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced shutdown environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Shutdown and maintenance scaffolding/rigging tasks

  • Wharf and marine-based works (MSIC holders highly regarded)

  • Safe execution of all tasks in line with site standards and company procedures

  • Working as part of a high-performing team across FMG, BHP and Rio Tinto operations

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced MPU Operator to work at one of the various opportunities we have at our North Bowen Basin site. There will also be a potential requirement to work nightshift for these roles.  This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise you're mining skills and knowledge for one of our key customers.  In addition, the MPU Operator will also be responsible for: 

  • Safe and efficient machinery operation of a MPU for the purpose of manufacturing explosives.

  • Delivery of emulsion-based explosives in alignment with the contracted services supplied on site

  • Basic maintenance on all on site equipment.

  • Completion of all required paperwork.

 What you will bring 

It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate operational experience as a qualified MPU Operator or demonstrated equipment operation experience on an active blast bench as well as the following: 

  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture

  • Qld HR Driver’s License (Essential) Open or B Condition

  • Standard 11

  • Qld Security Clearance Card

About the Role:

Techforce have multiple positions available for local HD Fitters | Heavy Diesel Fitters | Heavy Duty Fitters for ongoing temp to perm mining roles based at numerous mine sites in the Collie Coal Basin. These roles are DIDO and offer a culture where experience and reputation matters to those living in the area. If you are an experienced mobile plant maintainer based in the South-West, we want to speak to you!

What you'll be Doing:
  • Performing rebuilds, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a range of surface heavy mobile plant and earthmoving equipment and associated support equipment.
  • Machinery fleet includes: Komatsu 830E, 630E Trucks, Komatsu PC5500, Terex RH340, Liebherr 996 Diggers, Komatsu WA1200 Loaders, Komatsu D575A Crawler Dozer 
  • Carrying out component inspections, overhauls, and assemblies in line with OEM specifications and site standards.
  • Conducting fault diagnosis and troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with OEM guidelines and mine site procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with maintenance teams to achieve equipment availability and reliability targets.
  • Maintaining accurate service and repair documentation to support reporting and compliance requirements.

About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and refueling predominately CAT mobile plant and equipment. They will also work closely with the onsite HD Fitters in maintenance & repairs. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

This role is FIFO ex Perth to a Tier 1 iron ore mine site in the Pilbara on a 2:1 roster, working dayshift only. 

Salary for this role is from $161 000 per annum, higher range for trade qualified applicants. 

Requirements:
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience working as a Service Person within a mining/civil environment 
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s licence (HR minimum)
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment including a drug & alcohol screen
  • Ability to provide/obtain a Police Clearance
Desirable Requirements:
  • Hold a Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter or LV Mechanic)
  • High Risk - Rigging and/or dogging tickets 
  • Hold machinery tickets and/or have previous experience with Loaders,  Skid Steers, Telehandler and/or Watercarts

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Specialist - Site Improvement to join an inclusive and high-performing operations team. In this role, you will identify, lead, and support improvement projects across Mining, Mobile Maintenance, and Processing.

You will build capability across the business by upskilling teams in problem-solving and supporting frontline leaders to develop and sustain improved ways of working. This position is hands-on, focused on implementing systematic improvements and embedding strong operating-system practices across the organisation.

You will leverage innovative approaches, tools, and technology to deliver meaningful value, set new standards for improvement activity, and uplift capability through coaching and structured methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the site's improvement initiative pipeline
  • Use data analysis and scientific methods to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities
  • Spend time in the field with frontline teams to improve processes and remove inefficiencies
  • Work with stakeholders to plan, build, test, and deploy practical solutions that enhance performance
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to identify root causes, explore improvement opportunities, and implement Standardised Work practices
  • Coach leaders and frontline personnel in operating-system principles, tools, and behaviours to build sustainable capability

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership or coaching roles
  • Strong ability to influence, engage, and collaboratively problem-solve with diverse teams
  • Ability to observe, coach, and provide feedback to uplift ways of working
  • Proven track record in delivering sustainable improvements and effective change management
  • Strong bias for action and a hands-on approach to implementation

CELOTTI Workforce are seeking experienced Field Service Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our client's team, supporting a variety of sites across SOUTH of the River in Perth, WA. 

These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, problem-solving on the go, and delivering high-quality maintenance and repairs on a range of mobile plant machinery.
 
About the Role:
You will be responsible for field-based maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across multiple sites throughout Perth. Work will involve servicing and diagnosing a variety of surface mobile plant machinery.
 
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, variety, and competitive rates. A field service ute will be provided for site travel along with a company phone and a laptop.

Paying: $70 Per hour Flat Rate
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of mobile plant equipment
  • Perform breakdown support across multiple customer sites
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Identify faults and provide high-quality technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
  • Work independently while ensuring safety standards are met
Our Ideal Candidates: 
  • Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (heavy)
  • Minimum 4 years of mechanical experience
  • Solid WHS understanding
  • Strong diagnostic and maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, and other OEM equipment
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police Check and ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple sites effectively
