About the RoleReporting to the Maddington Operations Manager, you will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of HR bin truck servicing our Perth client base. This role involves regular collection and delivery of bins, interaction with customers, and supporting general yard operations when required.

The Position:
You’ll own and coordinate day-to-day freight operations, with a focus on service, efficiency and innovation.
You’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating full end-to-end air and sea freight operations (import/export)
Liaising extensively with customers and carriers
Preparing shipments for invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation
Supporting quotations and sales (where required)
Partnering with our product team to help build tools that improve your workflow and our customer experience
Managing interactions with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders
Skills & Experience
You’ll need:
At least 3 years’ experience as a freight operator or in a similar role
Strong coordination and record-keeping skills
Excellent organisation, communication and customer service
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas
Experience managing complex or high-value clients
Even better if you have:
A solid understanding of Incoterms
Experience across import/export operations (air and sea)
A calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
