Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be required to assist with a variety of duties including but not limited to:
Asbestos Removal both A & B Class
Use power tools and hand tools to strip out walls, ceiling, flooring, fittings etc
Operate equipment and work safely in accordance with safety procedures
Move and load waste material into trucks and/or bins
Ability to turn up on time
Skills and experience
To be successful in securing a position with Zero Asbestos you must fit the following criteria:
A current construction industry white card
Able to pass a drug screening
Must have a 'Can Do' positive attitude
Ability to work to specific instructions
Be able to work at a fast pace and in a team environment
Have own boots (all other PPE will be provided)
You may have your MR licence
You may have an asbestos removal licence

We’re looking for Construction Electricians to join our team at Olympic Dam on a 2/1 roster, flying from Adelaide with camp accommodation provided. This is a long-term opportunity on a major greenfields project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mining and construction, with a background in greenfield projects. Strong knowledge of instrumentation, as well as commissioning and fault-finding experience, is highly regarded.
