Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Excavator Operators to join our team. Reporting to the Site Foreman, successful candidates will be responsible for performing productive, safe, and quality work on various civil construction projects in Sydney and Regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators for tasks including final trim, detailed earthworks, stormwater trenching, and pavement construction.
Assist with the installation of drainage systems, pipelines, and other utilities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations on site.
Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and contribute to a productive work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on site.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating excavators.
Availability to work 5-6 days per week, including the flexibility to travel for projects in Regional NSW.

Valid Class C driver's license.

Valid Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).

Final trim excavator ops
Multiskilled operators are highly desirable in order to establish the project. At this stage Leader is not able to provide positions to trainees, however once established we expect to make an intake available in the future. This is a 5-6 day a week position.
About the role:
We are seeking exceptional operators with proven history of operating plant to a safe and high standard on construction sites to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant plant on the project site as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery.
This will be a full time position for the right person.
To be successful you must have:
Current unrestricted driver's license
WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)
Relevant RII tickets (must be less than10 years old or willing to complete VOC to update required minimum date of ticket prior to starting)
Previous experience working in civil construction
Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work
Previous experience with GPS machine control is a must
