What the Role InvolvesActing as the central point of contact for families and providing coordinated early childhood support
Helping children build skills across daily routines, emotional regulation, communication readiness, play and early independence
Coaching parents and caregivers to implement strategies in the home
Supporting families to understand and navigate the NDIS
Collaborating with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators and support coordinators
Facilitating play based learning and early development activities
Building family capacity through modelling, guidance and consistent communication
Writing progress notes within 24 hours
Contributing to reports and functional updates
Sharing videos of your day for our socials if comfortable
