BreastCare WA specialise in fitting compression bras, fashion bras, breast forms and lifestyle garments for ladies who have undergone breast surgery and male and female compression garments for recovery after surgery or to manage a condition.

We are looking for a person who is an active listener, aware of the people and space around them, proud to be an administrator, willing to support the work of others by managing and prioritising multiple tasks, and who learns by reflecting on what they have done.

Reception tasks include:

  • Welcoming clients.

  • Responding to telephone and email queries.

  • Maintaining the presentation of the STUDIO and Fitting Rooms.

  • Preparing purchase Tax Invoice(s) with individual health provider reimbursement statements.

STUDIO Administration task include:

EXPERIENCED MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – WILLIAMSTOWN SPECIALIST ROOMS

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and confident Medical Receptionist to join our busy specialist practice in Williamstown. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients and working in a supportive team environment.

Position Details:

  • 4 days per week

  • Flexibility required when needed

  • Competitive pay rate offered (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in and appointment details

  • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries with professionalism and care

  • Schedule, confirm and coordinate patient appointments and referrals

  • Explaining surgery quotes and assist patients with hospital bookings

  • Process payments and Medicare claims

  • Manage scanning, filing, and email correspondence

  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception and common area

About You:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous medical reception experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Experience with Mediflex software is an advantage (not essential)

  • A team player who works well with others
