About the role
We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join the team. In this position you will be working closely with the production team in the factory to ensure jobs are completed on time with the utmost care and quality standard.
This role is available for an immediate start (Monday – Friday)
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
Using hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components
Measure, cut and drill aluminium to create various types of Bifold, Hinge and Sliding Doors also Raked, Awning, Sliding and Bi-fold Windows
Interpreting design plans and operating CNC machinery
Fitting seals, hinges, handles and locks using hand and power tools.
Assembling window and door frames, conservatory panels and screens.
Checking the quality of finished products, ready for delivery.
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll be/have:
Experience with all aspects of aluminium window and door manufacturing including handling of all materials (aluminium extrusions, glass, timber reveals and hardware), cutting, punching and machining aluminium, assembly and glazing, delivery of completed units etc.
Able to read and interpret production orders such as reports, cutting lists and instructions.
Had experience with the flexible nature of our work that requires the successful applicant to be confident, mature, self-motivated and able to work in a versatile team environment.
Be able to operate hand tools in fabrication and assembly process.
Able to assist with loading and unloading of deliveries
Full Australian working rights or permanent residency - essential
Applicants must be flexible with duties, friendly & outgoing, punctual, fast learners, willing to work overtime (only when required) and have a reasonable level of fitness as they will be on their feet engaged in production activities and assisting with deliveries of finished windows.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & SEO:
Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies to drive adoption, fundraising, advocacy growth and Op Shop visitation.
Manage multi-channel digital activity including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, website content, programmatic and email.
Improve RSPCA SA's digital presence by enhancing website performance, boosting adoption page traffic and supporting the delivery of a new website.
Create engaging digital assets, copy and content for advertising, social media and online platforms.
Monitor performance across all digital channels, providing insights, recommendations and ongoing optimisation to maximise ROI.
Campaign Delivery:
Produce high-quality content including graphics, campaign assets, posters and simple video edits
Lead the digital component of campaigns, including strategy development, audience targeting, creative development, testing and optimisation.
Produce and coordinate marketing collateral and advertising assets to support adoption, fundraising, advocacy and commercial activities.
Analyse results and prepare post-campaign reporting to track performance, identify improvements and measure success against KPIs.
General Support:
Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager with the delivery of campaigns and email marketing through Campaign Monitor or similar platforms
Maintain asset libraries and marketing documentation
Support cross-department requests, ensuring key organisational priorities (adoption, commercial, advocacy) are met
Act as a bran guardian
Support relationships with our Ambassador & Furbassador network and seek opportunities to grow and improve this area
Identify, establish and maintain professional relationships and networks
About You

Maintenance and repair of all main and auxiliary machinery and electronics.
Correct and maintain liquid state and vessel stability.
Manage and control stores and spare parts inventory.

Develop a list of essential repairs that need to be carried out during annual refit.
Communicate with other engineers and the master of the vessel in relation to any defects that effect the performance and safety of the vessel.
