A growing industrial services business seeks a hands-on HR & HSE Coordinator who can also jump in to support daily operations when needed. You'll own our people & safety systems (BrightHR/BrightSafe), keep records tight, training current and compliance on track, then help with scheduling, parts and customer updates during peaks.

What you'll do

• Roll out and manage BrightHR & BrightSafe (onboarding, mobile app training, reminders).
• Maintain employment agreements, licences/quals, WHS consents and induction records.
• Coordinate staff inductions; track mandatory training and competencies.
• Draft/refresh WHS procedures, SWPs and toolbox materials; monitor incidents/hazards and actions.
• Provide HR admin support (RTW, consultation notes, registers, reporting).
• Operations backup: customer enquiries, work orders, technician scheduling, parts sourcing/ordering, and tidy documentation.
• Collaborate across service, sales and admin to keep daily workflow smooth.
• Occasional travel to VIC for training/implementation.
  
  What you'll bring
• 2+ years in HR, HSE, operations or service admin (industrial environment ideal).
• Confident with Microsoft 365 and business systems; ServiceM8 a plus.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and calm problem-solving.
• Clear communicator with customers, techs and suppliers.
• Current driver's licence; reliable and approachable.

• Getting all store paperwork sorted each day – pallet summaries, packing slips and any DG forms
• Signing drivers in and out, doing quick site inductions, and keeping track of load times and pallet numbers
• Creating consignments through SmartFreight and pulling store orders together by route or truck
• Entering pallet dockets and raising CHEP/LOSCAM transfer paperwork
• Keeping in touch with the transport company about how many pallet spaces are left for collection
• Sending the end-of-day paperwork for each route
• Scanning and filing the day’s paperwork so it’s easy to find when PODs or missing pallets are queried

Paspaley Pearling Company are seeking an experienced, reliable and qualified Store Person to work as part of our team, and ensure the smooth running of our Darwin-based Pearling store

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general store duties, including service and supply to staff, maintain stock levels to support workshop jobs, boat refits, and the fleet and farm needs from the Darwin Pearling store.

• Maintain a store stock audit system, in conjunction with the SPO.

• Unload vehicles, opens packages and removes contents.

•  Prepare goods and paperwork in preparation for shipment via the PWL team.

• Check incoming goods for damage and discrepancies between orders, supply and invoices.

• Complete farm / fleet two monthly parts requests, fulfill workshop job orders as requested by the Project Controllers / supervisors.

•  Label goods with details of storage locations.

• Maintain the controlled system for dispatch items, provide details for transport manifest in conjunction with PWL team.

• Process orders when received, allocate them to job, farm or fleet and process them through the AX system.

• Ensure all store orders are accurately detailed before processing, all requisitions are priced, and the necessary quotes are received prior to placing order for the SPO to approve.

• Follow up with suppliers / contractors in a timely fashion on outstanding goods on back order.

• Compile a list of pickups and deliveries to be completed via PWL team.

• If required, assist the SPO and team with generation of purchase orders in AX. Receive into AX with the delivery of goods and track invoices as required.

• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.

• May use materials handling equipment such as hydraulic pallet lifters and hand trucks

Qualifications:

• Drivers License

• Forklift Truck license

• Construction White Card

• Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Certificate II or higher.

Experience & Skills:

• At least one year of relevant full-time work experience

• Knowledge of computerized warehousing systems

• Competent in Word, Excel and AX would be preferred

The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a hands-on and safety-conscious Forklift Driver/Warehouse Storeperson to join our Warehouse & Distribution team. 

As part of our dynamic warehouse team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating forklifts and other manual handling equipment in accordance with company policies
• Scanning and putting away production stock
  
• Picking, checking and preparing all sales and sample orders
  
• Preparing dry goods for the production line
  
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers in line with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
  
• Unloading incoming dry goods including cartons, labels and bottles
  
• Maintaining accurate stock rotation and assisting with inventory control participating in regular stocktakes and reporting damaged goods
  
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse cleanliness and safety
  
• Completing delivery documentation and ensuring courier paperwork is CoR compliant
