We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Sales Professional/Interpreter to join our frontline team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the key link between our dealership and customers, you’ll play a vital role in providing an Unbelievable Customer Experience by:
Assisting with parts enquiries and accurate quoting using Toyota systems
Identifying and upselling parts and accessories during repairs or scheduled servicing
Preparing clear, itemised service quotes including parts, availability, and estimated delivery times
Ensuring estimates are complete and accurate, including labour and additional items
Communicating customer needs to the workshop team to ensure first-time fixes
Following up on quotes and maximising sales opportunities
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and quote outcomes
Providing friendly and professional support throughout the customer journey—from service booking to post-service follow-up

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, organised individual with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry preferred)
A motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
A professional appearance and friendly disposition
Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
Basic automotive knowledge (desirable but not essential)

Prior experience in automotive Parts and Service
