About the Role
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded builder specialising in boutique luxury apartment developments across Sydney. You’ll be part of a close-knit team known for delivering high-quality residential projects with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded builder specialising in boutique luxury apartment developments across Sydney. You’ll be part of a close-knit team known for delivering high-quality residential projects with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages, contracts, and procurement schedules.
- Handle variations, progress claims, RFI’s, and associated documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in project systems and processes.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential or mixed-use construction.
- Experience on boutique or high-end apartment projects highly regarded.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management and cost control software.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
