We’re seeking a motivated Customer Experience & Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This isn’t a cold-calling sales role — you’ll engage with customers who are already enquiring or ready to buy. Your job is to guide them through their options, offer expert advice, and ensure every customer has an excellent experience.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Answer inbound phone and live-chat enquiries
Help customers choose the right product for their needs
Process online and phone orders accurately in Shopify
Prepare quotes and invoices, and handle product questions
Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Follow up warm leads to ensure every enquiry is converted or closed
You’re a people person with strong communication and influencing skills — confident, empathetic, and outcome-driven.
You’ll bring:
Experience in customer service, inbound sales, or retail (medical/healthcare experience a bonus)
Excellent phone, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
A confident, caring, and proactive approach
Familiarity with Shopify or CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
$75,000 – $85,000 + Super + Bonuses (based on experience)
Monday to Friday — no weekends
