We're recruiting 27 experienced Dump Truck Operators to join a leading Tier 1 mining contractor with multiple long-term projects across WA. Work on flagship Lithium, Gold, and Iron Ore sites with a company known for its safety, culture, and investment in people.
What's on OfferFIFO from Perth to well-established sites across Pilbara and Goldfields
2:1 roster with 12-hour days and paid travel day
Ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity after approximately 3 months
Work with a reputable contractor that offers consistent work and long-term stability
Clean, well-maintained, high-performance fleets
Multiple site options with a variety of projects and pit layouts
Camp-style accommodation with private rooms
24-hour gym and fitness areas
Sports field, basketball and tennis courts
Onsite retail shop
Fresh, high-quality meals and recreational lounges
Reliable internet and laundry services
Operating a range of mechanical and electric dump trucks including:
CAT 777, CAT 785, Komatsu 785
Komatsu 830E, Terex MT4400, CAT 793F
Haul runs ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour
Safe, well-coordinated site operations with strong leadership support
Career progression opportunities across various machines and roles
$55 - $58/hr depending on experience
Super paid on all hours worked
Weekly pay cycle
Pathway to full-time employment with additional benefits
Supportive team environment with a strong safety-first culture
Minimum 18 months' experience operating relevant dump trucks
Valid Australian Drivers Licence
National Police Clearance (valid within the last 6 months)
Full Australian working rights (Birth Certificate or Passport required)
Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Able to attend phone and video interviews with hiring team
