We’re looking for an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team and help bring our impact-led brands to life. This permanent full-time role is based in Eight Mile Plains, offering a fantastic opportunity for a marketing graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) to gain real, hands-on experience across the full marketing mix - from campaigns and content creation to digital marketing, events, and brand communications.

You’ll work closely with a supportive and experienced team, as well as internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to help deliver initiatives that grow brand awareness, build engagement, and make a positive difference.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Campaigns

• Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

• Assist with the creation of digital content including newsletters, blogs, case studies, and social media posts

• Coordinate organic social media across platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn

• Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation

Events & Community Engagement

• Help deliver a diverse calendar of events - including trade shows, fundraisers, and corporate functions

• Assist with logistics, supplier coordination, and event timelines

• Support the creation of event materials like signage, invitations, and social posts

• Capture event highlights and assist with post-event content

• Collaborate with ambassadors, partners, and community organisations to maximise engagement

Marketing Operations & Admin

• Maintain marketing calendars, content libraries, and asset folders

• Assist with supplier communications, purchase orders, and budget tracking

• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and touchpoints

• Provide general support to the wider marketing team as needed

About You

• Recently completed (or close to completing) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field

• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and great written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office - bonus if you’re familiar with Canva, Vision6, Google Analytics, or similar digital tools

• Passionate about marketing, storytelling, and creating meaningful brand experiences

Bonus points if you’ve worked in the disability or mental health sectors and have a passion for inclusive, accessible event experiences.
