About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time/contract or casual Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join the Frameshop team and own the execution of all digital and content activity across our business.

Based in our beautiful Roselands showroom for 3 days a week (with some flexibility), this role is responsible for planning, creating, executing and optimising digital content and campaigns - all with a high level of emotional intelligence, appreciation for the brand, product and customer.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our online presence - bringing warmth, vision, and consistency to everything from Instagram Reels to customer appreciation posts and product showcasing.

This role is perfect for a content creator, social media or marketing coordinator looking to own the execution of marketing strategies for an industry leading, creative and rewarding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage all content across our social media platforms

• Write and publish brand-aligned captions, campaign copy, and website content

• Manage email marketing and other digital marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver branded content that matches the business vision

• Collaborate with the team and coordinate the storyboard, content shoots and exposure of the brand across our social platforms.

• Manage digital campaigns for promotions, launches and events

• Track digital marketing performance, analytics and community insights

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 3+ years in digital media and/or social marketing

• Strong working knowledge and experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook (Meta), Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop

• Demonstrated experience with photo and video skills including content storyboarding, shooting and editing

• Some experience with marketing and social analytics

• Genuine passion for bringing our rich business history, passion and customer first culture to our marketing platforms

• Organisation and autonomy - you can drive projects from idea to post

• Bonus if you’ve worked in a gallery, showroom or niche product industry
