The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio and enjoy the backing of a supportive team and efficient systems. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service to clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties with care and efficiency
Building and nurturing strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
Coordinating and conducting inspections
Ensuring compliance with all legislative and procedural requirements
Representing the business at local events and networking opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for people. You’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced team that values communication and initiative.
You will have:
Previous property management experience (essential)
A current QLD Real Estate Licence and valid driver’s licence
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
A proactive and professional approach with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
