Job Title: Chef/Cook & Barista – Café/Deli
Location: Keysborough, VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)

We are a brand new café and deli opening in the heart of Keysborough, offering a fresh and vibrant space for locals to enjoy high-quality food, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re passionate about fresh ingredients, simple but delicious meals, and creating a menu that’s both comforting and exciting.
We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef and Barista to join our team and bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals to order with attention to quality, presentation, and efficiency
Assist in designing daily specials and deli displays
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of kitchen supplies
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Contribute ideas and energy to help grow the café’s reputation
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, deli, or similar setting
Passion for fresh, high-quality food and creativity in menu development
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential)
