Garlo's Pies is on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Kingsgrove!
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week) with early morning starts. You'll be responsible for delivering our award-winning pies and baked goods to our valued customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.
We operate a fleet of Heavy Rigid (HR) and C Class Trucks, so flexibility and confidence driving both vehicle types is essential.
What You’ll Be DoingSafely operating both HR and C Class trucks
Delivering orders to customer locations on time and in excellent condition
Providing friendly and professional service to customers upon delivery
Assisting with loading and unloading of goods
Maintaining cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle
Communicating clearly with dispatch and warehouse teams
A current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence and unrestricted C Class licence
Clean driving record (Certified Driving Record from the RTA may be required)
Confidence driving both manual HR and C Class vehicles
Previous experience in a delivery or courier role – ideally within food or logistics
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Strong time management and organisational skills
Professional, courteous, and reliable
A forklift licence is a bonus but not essential
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
