🧰 About the RoleWe’re looking for experienced fibreglass boat builders and repairers/painter who are confident in all aspects of fibreglass repair, restoration, and refinishing on both boats and RVs.
You’ll be working in a professional workshop environment alongside a supportive team, focusing on:
Structural fibreglass repairs (hull and panel)
Gelcoat repairs and colour matching
Sanding, laminating, and polishing
Repair and fabrication of fibreglass components
Water damage and collision repair work
Working with a variety of marine and caravan materials
Contractors are welcome — ideal for skilled tradespeople looking for flexible, ongoing work with consistent jobs.
💪 What We’re Looking ForProven experience in fibreglass repair/painting and construction (boats, RVs, or automotive)
High attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Own tools preferred (but not essential)
Commitment to safety and workmanship standards
Competitive hourly rates: $45 to $65/hr (based on skill and experience)
Flexible working arrangements for contractors
