We're Looking For:

2 Assistants with passion and a drive to create!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Assistant - Engage with customers to create an authentic, memorable shopping experience that aligns with our core values. Achieve and exceed sales targets with enthusiasm and dedication.

• Creative Assistant - Participate in content creation for social media, including styling photoshoots.

• Candle Making - Assist with candle making and other hands-on activities.

• E-Com Order Fulfilment - Handle picking and packing online orders with accuracy and care.

What We Offer:

Starting November 10th, 2025

• 1 Position of ~ 16-32 hrs per week. Weekday shifts. $22 - $34 per hour.

• 1 Position of ~ 14-23 hrs per week. Weekend/weekday shifts. $28 - $45 per hour

• $100 product allowance

• Competitive contract rate with commission and bonus opportunities.

• Flexible hours and option for additional work available.

• A vibrant and positive work environment in one of the sunniest spots at Warringah Mall and Manly candle manufacturing office.

• Opportunities to engage in diverse roles and learn new skills, from content creation to candle making.

Qualifications:

• There are no specific educational requirements needed to succeed in this type of career. However, previous retail and/or content creation experience would be looked upon favourably.

• Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand.

• A passion for sales, homewares and creativity.

• Eye for visual merchandising and product display to maintain store presentation standards

• Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Details:

• Must be available over the months of November and December & holiday periods.

• This is a casual contract position. Hours may vary.

• We will accept working holiday visas.

• Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa holders)
